Tuloy Angeles is a satellite center of Tuloy Foundation Inc. from Tuloy sa Don Bosco Alabang. it is an exclusive foundation, exclusively for the poor, abused, orphaned and abandoned children who can still follow a curriculum that will prepare them for the future
Tuloy welcomes those most susceptible to resorting to criminal ways – the poor, abandoned and neglected street children ages 9 to 16 years old – the most in need of acceptance and love. They live in the Tuloy Foundation Center in Angeles City, Pampanga where they are guided by a community of religious and lay volunteers, psychologists and social workers.
